1. Ultrasound Echocardiography
This is one of the most important diagnostic tests for evaluating the structure and function of the heart. It uses sound waves to generate real-time images of the heart.

Preparation Guidelines:
No special preparation required for standard ECG. Inform the care team of all medications including over-the-counter ones, as they may affect results.
Food and medications
For stress test: You may be asked to avoid food, drink, and smoking for a few hours. Avoid caffeine the day before and the day of the test.
Ask your doctor if medications should be paused before the test.
Bring your inhaler if you have asthma or other respiratory issues.
Wear or bring comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
